@Drsatan9 You’re an idiot. Your claims are riddled with so many false assumptions. You clearly don’t have the intelligence. Hopefully genetic engineering will someday eliminate useless “humans” like you.

And you are okay with becoming obsolete? To be ridiculed for being born a weaker breed of human? These things will happen sooner then you think, i guarantee that you will live to be obsolete if this study isen’t haulted and that scientists start believeing that humans should remain humans reguardless of their nature. Humans have the ability to be intelligant reguardless of genetic makeup yet they refuse to use such intelligance. You are a prime example.

I believe it should be conducted. Think of the possibilities! We could think 10 times faster, see beyond the visible spectrum, and so much more! The only thing holding us back are the nei-sayers and lack of money-(because all this damn nation wants is war, hence where all the money is going).

fools, human genetic engineering is inevitable. All human populations that reject it will likely be rendered obsolete.

if we do create a genises number two. i oppose it unless it is intended to, an i believe it will iron out our flaws.

by wich i mean our a darker nature. our unprovoked violence, our cruelty, our greed, and selfishness, our ability to be dictators, or thier pawns, our unhealthy desires to rule and conqure. essentualy every bad deed we could potentialy do. we could elimate imorality and evil from our species and allow our selfs to be more loving and compationate beings, truley free beings.

“its not the strongest, or the most intelligent that survive its the speices most adaptable to change” C.darwin

geneticaly modified species may be more adaptable and have a greater ability to survive but that doesent nessaceraly make them a preferable spiecies. its the nature of the traits we give any hypothetical species disigned that will decide weather they are good, not their ability to survive.

arrogantly seeing them selfs as supirior for what ever reason will make them a plauge.

haha, yea, if they really are superior, they would think that way.

lol preventing a super class of humans.. why ?:P
what are you so afraid of.
If they are superior than us then they will breed in greater number than us because they would probably live longer.. be more healthy.. smarter.. they wont have to exterminate us to become the new race of man. they would become it anyway whitout killing us.

I like this guy I have to agree with most of what he says such as preventing a new genetic superior class of humans.
